Only residents of the United States may participate in the Great Gun Giveaway. Entries for the first contest of 2019 will be accepted from (i) Wednesday 8:00 AM (Arizona Time) to Saturday at 11:59 PM (Arizona Time). Entries for the remaining contest of 2019 will be accepted weekly from (ii) Sunday 12:00 AM (Arizona Time) to Saturday at 11:59 PM (Arizona Time). Each participant’s entry will be placed into the drawing and a winner will be randomly selected. A winner for each drawing will be chosen by a designated employee of Davidson’s Inc. (dba GalleryofGuns.com) (“Davidson’s”) by randomly selecting from the entries submitted for that drawing. A participant must provide Davidson’s with accurate information on the entry form. Davidson’s reserves the right to disqualify a participant if inaccurate or incomplete information is suspected for any reason. Only one entry will be allowed per household for each drawing. Davidson’s reserves the right to disqualify any participant for making additional entries into a drawing not in accordance with these Rules. Each winner of the Great Gun Giveaway will be contacted by Davidson’s either by email or by telephone, and the winner’s name will be identified on GalleryofGuns.com. Once Davidson’s makes an effort to contact a winning participant, the winner must communicate with Davidson’s promptly or forfeit the prize. If a winner does not contact Davidson’s within 30 days of the date that Davidson’s first attempts to contact such winner, the winner shall automatically forfeit the prize and a new drawing for the prize will take place. A winning participant must pass appropriate background check(s), and comply with applicable federal, state and local laws in order to take possession of the firearm prize. Only the winning participant may take possession of the firearm. Failure to comply with all federal, state and local laws including, but not limited to, any required background check(s) for firearm possession will result in the forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be selected to receive that prize. A prize may not be exchanged for its cash value. No substitution of prizes for cash or other goods and services will be permitted; provided, however, except Davidson’s reserves the right to provide a substitute prize of approximate equal value. All expenses other than shipping, including, without limitation, all federal, state and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winning participant Davidson’s will assume no responsibility for the use of a firearm won through the Great Gun Giveaway, and each winner will be responsible for the proper safe handling and storage of the firearm. Each winner shall be responsible for obtaining proper instruction for the safe use and handling of the firearm. By participating in the Great Gun Giveaway, participants assume sole liability for and agree to indemnify and hold Davidson’s, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, injuries, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys’ fees) claimed to be caused from participating in the Great Gun Giveaway, or the acceptance, possession, loss, use or misuse of any prize awarded. Davidson’s reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Great Gun Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, computer virus, bug, tampering, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Davidson’s, in its sole discretion.
